The hotel is located conveniently close to interstate 495 and 93. All amenities are close by and the hotel was clean and hospitable. The location afforded a quick ride to the Cape Ann area as well as Boston. The quality of the room regardless of the low price was excellent. ...read more

It was big.
House cleaning staffs were really rude; employees need to communicate better.

The hotel was nice, but the room we got was not as clean as it could have been. Both the bathroom floor and toilet was dirty. There was hair all over the showers, basically the bathroom was barely cleaned at all. ...read more

Normal holiday Inn. Lots of rooms with view of rooftop compressors. TV ok; CNN, Fox news, CNBC, ESPN. Good location. Right next to longhorn steak house and cracker barrel. Easy access to I-495. Recent crime problem in parking lot. Police seem to be watching closely now. ...read more

Location worked out for wedding close by.
Some areas seemed little bet crowded /did not take a credit card from me checking in / had to go back down to lobby so I could watch a movie?

Overall stay very good/would stay their again if in the area. Was their for a wedding close by.
